 I want to make sake that is packed with the charm of Kagawa prefecture. It was Olive, which is also a prefecture flower and a prefecture tree, that made such a wish come true. From the yeast found in the olive fruits, the selection was repeated, and the Sanuki olive yeast suitable for brewing was born.

Fresh taste made in ALL Kagawa.

 A faint scent of blue fruits. It melts on your tongue, reminiscent of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and lychee. It has a crisp acidity and a refreshing taste, and you can feel the strong taste of rice in the refreshing flavor.

“Ayakiku Sanuki Olive Junmai Shu” made only with Sanuki Olive Yeast, rice from Kagawa Prefecture, and water has a mild aroma and acidity, so it goes well with any dish. It is a sake that goes well with Western food as well as Japanese food.
